Emily Rose

 Emily Rose Compagno is an American lawyer, host of a television show and former National Football League, (NFL) cheerleader. She is currently a contributing writer for Fox News Channel (FNC). She hosts Outnumbered and is often seen on the late-night show Gutfeld. Compagno was born in East Oakland's Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, Oakland California and raised in El Cerrito, California, the daughter of Katherine (nee Bertsch) and John Compagno. Her father is Italian. There are two sisters older than her. William Harry Bertsch was her great-grandfather and earned the Silver Star during World War 2. The "Rose in Emily's Name" honors Bertsch. She graduated with a B.A. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in political science. There, she received the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet of the Quarter award. She received her degree at the School of Law of the University of San Francisco, with a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006.Emily lives in New York City. She is very involved with non-profits that are dedicated to US veterans, law enforcement K9 and Native American causes.
